Event Description

Join the Cosumnes Fire Department and Elk Grove Police Department for a free, family-friendly day of fun, education, and excitement!

  • Emergency response vehicles
  • K-9 demonstrations
  • "Jaws of Life" extrication
  • A helicopter landing
  • Food and drinks are available for purchase from local food trucks

We value the continued support of community partners throughout the region who lend their time and energy to educating the public about important health and safety resources. Each year, we invite past community partners to participate in this educational showcase that draws several thousand people. Our community partners receive direct invitations from Cosumnes Fire Department's Public Education Specialist and have the option to feature a booth and demonstration on the day of the event.
